Description of XDP

In short, this 'app' enables you (the consignee) to manage, and track, parcels which are due to be delivered to you by the XDP freight logistics network.

You are able to:
- View/change your delivery date
- View/update delivery delivery instructions
- Track progress of your parcel(s)
- View proof of delivery, upon delivery of your item

🌅no information, no help and I wouldn't bother ordering anything from a company that uses XDP as you'll never see your order or your money again.

Driver didnt turn up as been wating and on system they picture i miss delivery and picture is even not of my door or road it was random picture of any road driver put picture that he come and i was not there as i was wating him and when email send by company i miss delivery i was home awake wating Totally rubbish And now app not work to re arrange No help .

Doesn't work. Can't do anything on the website, and the app just doesn't work as others have said. On top of this, constant "we are experiencing high volume of requests" on the online chat, which obviously is the only way to reach the company.

Totally useless program. Doesn't work, keeps crashing when you try to create an account. Won't show consignment details when clicked. Uninstalled immediately. Don't bother, use the website instead.

Waited for delivery a no show,website won't work,app won't work,xdp obviously don't work ! How am I supposed to re arrange? Exactly what have a paid a £19.95 delivery charge for ? Awful service avoid at all costs

Doesn't work. I downloaded this app due to a missed delivery, but after adding the cosignment info, I can't do anything as it just doesn't load. I can't even get hold of anyone on their website. How am i supposed to rearrange delivery???
