I work for a carwash chain that I cover 68 locations and this app makes it so much better for me and my team to control and know what is going on at the locations. I highly recommend this software for any one who has multiply sites and or team members they deal with. 4/9/20 After using this app for several months It is still a great app. But the one thing that makes this app phenomenal is the awesome service that you receive. It is well worth ever penny. Great job guys.

MaintainX is very user friendly, I wish I had the time to enjoy the benefits of the entire program when they offered the entire platform for free. If you want a direct access and ability to build a PM system from scratch, then I recommend these guys, my workplace has Odyssey, and I hate it, I'm trying to get everyone on board to switch over to maintainX. Still a work in progress, but my work and organization is being noticed, and I thank these guys at maintainX for it.

Excellent app!!! Especially for property management! Incredibly easy to use. I was up and running in 30 minutes. Excellent support too, thanks Matt. I highly recommend. This allows tenants to put in a work order. Even better! I've tried many other apps out there but this out performs them as it is so very simple to use but very powerful too! Being a small company, this fits my budget and I'm very happy I found this app!

MaintainX is a functional App that gives the user flexibility to create what they need to create work orders and keep to date on the progress. Very easy to navigate, even for the not-so-tech savvy. The customer service is, hands down, the best!

Great app over all best I have tried so far. Only thing i would like to see would be the ability to add contractors etc to a clickable list like you can the team members. Would save a lot of time to not have to fill in the contractors in the comments or descriptions every time . Keep up the good work !

We are a non profit organization with 100 staff and a 40,000 sq foot building. Since we have been using MaintainX. It has kept our business on track. We utilize several aspects of MaintainX. It is very user friendly and the staff love it as they are kept informed of the work being done. If I ever have a question or problem the staff at MaintainX have responded quickly and have always sorted out any issues I may have had. The best part about MaintainX is that it is extremely user friendly and does everything and more. Mike

I just looked at this did a few test setups and love it. A couple of suggestions: 1. definitely need subassets/child assets 2. if a pass fail question comes up as fail after saving the work order, then the software should request if you want to automatically generate a work order for the failure(s). the new work order pops up prepopulated. I look at the details with options to edit then save and go to the next failed item auto-work order, finish it then back to what I was originally working on.

I haven't been using the app for long time, however so far the app has all the features I need. The app hasn't crashed or froze. I'm interested in seeing how the reminders for the meters work when based on mileage readings. ( How it displays notifications). Overall this App is Awesome.

Very customized to our needs, we've used this great app for over a year and we're still changing it round to suit. Not being fully built to our every need it's still a great app to monitor your work load. The description part of the app could do with some tweaking to able to customize more on the go. But happy enough Cheers Team

Work in the Property/Project Management industry for over 16 years. I find this App to be very close to real world scenario. Very useful, no doubt about it, but I wish it had few more functions. In real world (at least in NYC) - sometimes each address is it's own entity, it's own accounting. Sometimes I deal with multiple different clients at the same time... I wish it had these functions as well, but I see they are very progressive and work on improving their platform.

As an overworked Plant Engineer keeping up with all the paper is impossible! I would spot check work orders once a month. I have tried a dozen CMMS programs over the past 3 years and all were impossible to implement. After trying MaintainX and talking to Nick and his team I've found a package that is perfect for my team. It's simple, powerful, very flexible and they are adding new features weekly. Now real time work order status and communication keeps my team focused!! Try it, you'll like it!

I have tried close to 90 something work order management apps, this one hands down beats all of them. It's easy to use, covers everything, awesome layout, clean UI. Customer for life Feb, 17, 2021 Still loving this app each update it just gets better, the only suggestion I have is please consider making a downloadable version for windows, the web version is great, but in the field my laptop doesn't always have a wifi connection an my phone runs the app great but it's hard to type on sometimes

Simple setup, user friendly, and love so far. I'm maintenance manager and this tool is awesome!

Seems alright. There's barely any local saving/cache unless you tell it to, load times are way too long, especially for facilities with terrible service. This works for one facility only, doesn't work if you have more than one location. Relies on service/wifi too much. Could be better.

I tried at least 10 different apps and this is the one. I manage a building with 53 condos and I needed a tool to keep track of the technicians visits, the bills, the work to do, my side projects and the expected appointments on top of keeping track of people moving in and out. Plus, I needed somewhere to keep the information of my different contacts and residents. This app has it all and even more. On top of that, I really feel there is a motivated team managing this app. Bravo !
