It's unbelievable how you can fail in the simplest thing ever, like UI design, and even refuse to fix the issue. It is absolutely ridiculous how the management doesn't listen to the customers and restores the old UI, despite the sunken development costs. The old UI wasn't even that good, I send them even recommendations on how they could improve the old UI. It was answered but not implemented. Instead this...I removed most of my funds and transferred them to another low-cost competitor.

TR seems to listen to the devastating feedback of the community and changed at least some critical points in the app. It is heading in the right direction again. However, there are still major flaws, which need to be tackled. One need to scroll for the buy-in and cannot see all the relevant KPIs on one screen, the transaction history is totally worthless (needs to be searchable) as are the graphics, which take way too much space.

The new UI is so bad. Minimalism ok, but a Chart without axes or colors on the frontpage? No current share values shown when viewing favorites? What happenened? Next UI update will Just be a big "+" or "-" without numbers in favor of simplicity? Hope you're doing a rollback to the old version (I'm honestly not trying to troll here) because the old version was tremendously better than this.

I tried to be open minded and get used to it, but the new UI is really bad. The cash tab graphs are completely over the top and useless. The wealth graphs don't even use green and red anymore to highlight increases and decreases. The axis aren't even labelled in the graph, it's just a black line without explanation. Why. Also the UI is in general slower. I don't see what kind of user would find this new layout useful.

The new app is horrible, no proper overview. Just black and white, doesnt give a good idea of what is going on. Before you could easily click on a stock and change between gain in € and %, daily and cummulative. Also gone now. Their customerservice just gives automated replies stating that its the most "intuitive" system until now. Stay away.

New design looks great on screenshots or in Dribbble portfolio, but absolutely unusable, unfortunately. Every element is much bigger than needed, graph is not clear at all anymore and requires many actions to get real data. Launcher icon is asymmetrical, looks bad. Big shout to engineers for implementation though, animations and custom views look great!

Was one of the best trading apps, but then the new design came, and it looks nice, but it feels so bad for trading, everything seems more difficult, I think this is the most horrible visual update there could be done to make the app more complicated. If the app with the old design becomes outdated one day and I'm forced to go with the new design again, I'm going to change my broker.

New UI is pretty useless, Please bring back color coding and axis labels, and iterate on general usability / accessibility - it's worse than before in almost all aspects. (When I opened it for the first time I honestly thought my update was corrupted in some way and redownloaded the app - just to give an idea about the overall perception) Oh, and I just realized: please please please don't pick graph colors based on the company's logo ...

Return to the old UI immediately. The new one is ridiculously poorly designed and lacks virtually all information. What imbecile thought it was a good idea to hide both the axis labels and baseline from the chart? Why is everything in white instead of the much more intuitive green/red coloring? This app is getting review bombed and rightly so. Fix this asap or I'm taking my money elsewhere.

Don't update to new version. New UI is not good like others said. Unfortunately not user friendly. Don't know how the new design accepted inside of the company when I see lots of users don't like it. Even an experiment could help you. Btw, at least please get rid of the black color on the charts and show the green and red colors on profit and loss

Edit: again authentication error... That's becoming way too frequent.. Edit: the old interface came back for a few days and now I'm switched back to the new one. Very very annoying... New interface is poorly made. 1. Graphs have no axis names (really ??!). 2. It's also difficult to understand what you read since nothing as labek on it so you simply have to guess...

The new app isn't completely terrible - there is just so much wasted screen space! Even the logo seems to waste space 😂 We need a settings option to get a compact mode, and also add the ability back to the graphs to trace it with touch to read precise points along the price path. Adding back the green/red colours as others mentioned is also a must.

The user experience got a lot worse after the UI update. It looks boring and is difficult to navigate with sometimes having to swipe up/down and other times left/right. When using dark mode there is a lot of "smearing" on OLED screens because the background is totally black. What's up with the weird looking App icon now? I much rather use the Lightyear or Trading 212 Apps. They also allow you to use it on multiple Android devices.

The UI/UX team really f'd up with this update/redesign. Everything is harder to find and more taps are required to get to most views in the app. It lacks proper alignment and font sizes + buttons look like a failed asset build in react native. It's somewhat better with the 2023-10-13 update, but the two buttons at the bottom still feel in the way compared to a regular bottom navigation bar.

The whole new UI feels like a big bug. UX wise it is really not good, all Import information are hard to identify. For example the graph showing the performance is an empty line, no visible axes, no clear Infos about the performance. In the current state, I am considering moving to a different broker.

The new update misses the basics (!!!) of a clear presentation of information. Why are numbers shown just while hovering in the chart? Why are statics shown in a horizontal scrolling bar? The menuing is not very intuitive anymore and has been better with the previous version. Small positiv point is the smoother look in general.

I am very disappointed with new app update. The new colors make it harder to read and navigate. The general navigation is messed up baldy... in the older version you could easily jump to your saving plans but now you have to scroll down and actively look where to go. The animations are waaaayyy too many and make no sense. Why would you mess up a perfectly working app like this?...

Previously the app was really intuitive, really nice to use and the only thing missing was the split between cash and invested money in the big overview. Now (in the latest version) this split is there (which is nice) but the whole UI is so unintuitive and just really badly designed, it's excruciatingly hard to use the app and find things. It's hard to understand how you can destroy up a nearly perfect app so badly.
