Great app, simple, clean, and effective. Only the settings and controls that you need. But why did you change the theme to Light mode? It looks worse and uses more energy, and there's no way to change it back. Please add the option to change, or at the very least read the devices dark/night or light theme mode and update the in-app theme accordingly

Downloaded the app a while ago but only just updated and signed up. First time of use and the locations will not open. Have tried several locations and resetting the app. My internet is good. Galaxy S22 Ultra.

Invalid_request error. The WeWork app uses your default web browser internally. I used a privacy browser and kept receiving an error for "invalid_request" until I switched it back to Google Chrome so the app works now but I don't want to use Google's browser at all.

App won't allow me to complete the sign up process. Customer support got back to me suggesting that I uninstall and reinstall - still doesn't work. It's a real shame because I'd like to book WeWork pay as you go services, but I am forced to look for other options now.

Incredibly well run. Really happy with the 2 sites I use. I'd give it more stars if I could. I use the small rooms. staff is unbelievably welcoming. Beverage service is always appreciated by my clients. use offices in the Ballard and Bellevue locations.

Availability map only works half the time, and often gets hung up during the booking process. Great when it does work though. Have tried with location on/off and wifi/5g

Recently re-instated my WeWork membership and downloaded this specific app for the global pass. So far so great. If you purchased the all access membership, the black and white app option has the flexible work options for you to choose from.

Terrible, confusing, take 30 minutes to update after you booked a desk so you can never get into the building you booked that day unless you remembered to do it the day before, ui is a disaster

The app doesn't work for me at all. Looking at other reviews, it may be the fact that I have an Android. I've not been able to log on once. It had me create a password, and then every time I enter the password, it says, "Something went wrong, try again." I'm stuck in this endless loop...

Unable to enter an address while booking a desk 🤦. Update: turns out the bar on top was an address search bar. Frankly this was not intuitive on Android dark mode.

Amazing! The workspaces are beautiful so beautiful. They are located in high security locations and skyscrapers around the world. Perfect for the entrepreneur looking to take his or her business to the next level. Free cold brew coffee and kombucha, common areas to work with wifi and outlets. And beautiful offices with amazing views. And don't forget about the conference rooms. All for an amazing price.

This is not flexible. You can only book day passes for coworking spaces. You can't just check in and out and pay for what you use like in other coworking spaces such as Work.Life. And the day passes are so expensive. There many more affordable, more flexible options out there that offer the same, if not better, facilities.

Finished one month with WeWork and must admit I am loving it (mostly:) Pros : Good place and great seats if you get in on time for good views. Good social ambience if you are an extrovert or want to get out of comfort zone to say hello to a stranger Good stories of entrepreneurs on table next to you if you dare to listen and engage. Cons: Sometimes too much noisy if you do not get a good place. Some staff are friendly but some are bit weird and not helpful. Costly to book rooms and guests.

Wework prestige cube was overbooked on may 08, 2023, i was finally able to get an empty space after 20 minutes and then i was asked to leave, i politely asked them to give me 2 hours since it was empty but they denied and asked me to leave within next 10 minutes and a guy asked me to leave the space literally after 2 minutes. I didn't find any empty space to sit and work and wasted my day commuting to wework and finding a space there. Please maintain inventory of spaces available!!

Lacks basic features for room booking. There is no filter by floor when trying to find a room. There is no way to cancel. There is no list of the rooms you have booked. There is no way to see what rooms other people in your business have booked. The list goes on.

App doesn't work. I simply wanted an idea of pricing. The website forces you to check via the mobile app, but the back end services appear to be broken. Nothing loads fully. Pretty bad look for new potential customer intake.
