By far the worst chat app. I can't tag anyone in the chat. The @ shows that I tried but when I post a chat it disconnects everyones name. I have a galaxy s20 so this really shouldn't be an issue.

Just like Facebook messenger. Annoying that tagging doesn't always work. This really needs to be fixed.

Forced to use his for work, and have no issues other than 1) I wish I could disable on screen notifications. I have when I'm on my phone watching videos I get pop ups on my screen of new messages. Wish I could disable that. 2) EVERYTIME I mute a chat or turn in do not disturb, I still get notifications. It's like what's the point? It takes me about 5 times before it actually mutes the chat

It's been crashing or just freeze there, it happen when you are typing too where the words doesnt come out at all.. What's next is app freeze, I have to force kill it everytime or else I wont be able to use my phone, not even minimize will do any good, you have to kill it or your phone is laggy to a point you cant do anything else.

A new update has made this already janky app even worse: you can't reliably see the time a message was sent in chats. Don't know if it's a bug or a "feature" but I'd like to be able to see what time I sent a message again, given my organisation uses this for everything from posting break times to internal comms.

App plays message notification sounds even if notifications are off on a system level. If you leave a message unsent (draft), chat doesn't go up in the chat list. And the list of bad things goes on and on. Overall experience is horrible compared to some other apps.

Whether there are new messages, it doesn't update automatically. Sometimes. You have to wait before it gives the updates messages. It's Tuesday now but as I opened my workplacechat the unread messages are still from Saturday which I already read yesterday! I don't know what's wrong. It's been like this since I installed it. I have uninstall and install it again which very inconvenient.

Audios received from iOS users are appearing as mp4 files instead. Other audios glitches are common, like them appearing to last hours but in reality being empty and others simply displaying 0 duration. Sometimes notifications don't show up regardless of settings. Dark Mode sometimes appears white anyways. Very disappointing. My employer is actively looking to replace it.

App lacks many features that competitors include. Notable above all others is that the app doesn't sync state with other clients. If I read a message on my laptop or web the app persists the mobile notification. This is in contrast with Microsoft teams, telegram, etc. My least favorite workplace messaging app.

The worst messaging app. Half of the notifications don't even go through, have to open the app to see the new messages there. Especially with it being a "Work" app, notifications are important. Sometimes app does not even open and freezes. Fix the notifications!

1) The relationships between chat app and the main workplace app are quite confusing... Using some chat app functions ("posts" for example) you are getting forwarded to the main app or website, with no way back. 2) There is NO search option inside the chat, which makes app completely unusable for the moment. Hope all this will be resolved in the future.

I wasn't having any difficulties with until about a week ago. it never had asked me to re-login, and when it did I wasn't upset. I did the normal login and was back in the app in no time. When the app opened back up, however, it kept reloading and loading and reloading, not letting me click the login button, or even the sign up button. it kept showing the little spinning wheel of death, and swapping the login button for a "switch account" button. I can no longer use it. Really disappointing.

EDIT 6/4/21 - Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and it did not fix my problem. Decreasing to one star until the "edit pinned messages" function is fixed. 3/26/21 - The app works just like Facebook Messenger, which is great! However, I cannot unpin messages. When I tap the "edit" button to edit the pins, the app just crashes. I have missed some very important unpinned messages because the pinned messages take up the entire screen. Fix this issue, and I will increase my star rating. Thank you!

Buggy. Pictures won't load in a certain group and app crashes. Uninstalled reinstalled same problem.
