The app is okay I guess (at chatting and sending videos) but the problem is, I struggle to send downloads of videos that I edited through it, it would be better if it worked a bit like whatsapp, what I mean by "worked a bit like whatsapp" is the file sending, just get the files off Galery and not Google Files.

The privacy policy on this app is disgusting. Forcing users to pay for premium to avoid their details being sent to 3rd parties is just deplorable. That should never be a choice for an end user. No P2P messaging, just client/server. Uninstalled as quickly as I installed it. And from what reviews I see here, user support is generic responses with no actual care for the end user. You'll more than likely reply to this review with a generic response too.

I used to like this app but I no longer do. There are nothing but people on there chasing sex, scamming, fake sugar daddies etc! They block your account from discover and do not unblock it when you send requests! I keep requesting to delete my account but all you get are automated emails. No one actually replies! It's of no help! It's really annoying! People keep making profiles because they cannot delete old ones, there at no upgrades either!

FANTASTIC!!! I use it to sign with my ASL friends and classmates. It's just like texting but with videos! But, you can also type text, use filters, discard if you don't like the video you made, record live, etc. The is my favorite app in existence!

I love glide have used it for years. But now its having problems. I cant hear anyone it keeps glitching. Plz fix the problem oh and the audio a lot of time dont match up with the person talking. When i am talking it showes that they are veiwing it but then the video showes as thou its never been watched. 😔😣😢 (it did it to all the videos)

1st off, you guys deleted my comment. But this app is TRASH! You can't even delete your account. And the discovery doesn't work. You get the same 20 pages that's FAKE from over seas stealing womens pics. And then the rest will send a message saying 'hi' and when you reply they send you a nude video of someone/somewhere they stole it from. In discovery mode, all the fakes are 901.11 miles away. How is that possible? Just horrible.

This is by far my favorite app. My family lives in Colorado, and I live in Nebraska. We use Glide rather than Facetime because the lack of high-speed internet in the mountains makes live video chat impossible. Without this app, my nieces wouldn't even know what I look like. I am so, SO thankful for Glide...I use it everyday!

Stopped using it because of all the ads, redownloaded it to try and recover some videos I sent in the past for legal reasons and they all say "media not available". So, yeah. Pretty unsatisfying.

constantly crashing whenever I try to watch videos. This only started when the premium service started getting advertised. The only reason you get 2 stars is because sometimes, rarely, it actually lets me use the service.

Yes I've been using Glide for over a decade, Yes I'm a premium user and beta tester for over half of it. The app is not without it's faults, and here is what I think could be better. Dark Theme- We've been asking for it for years, and would like it as an option to reduce power consumption due to the white background. It's not an unreasonable request, especially as incentive for others to get premium accounts. "If the product is free, you are the product."

This app is complete trash on my S8 Plus. I can't watch any messages for DAYS at a time. Sometimes they will not play at all. Even with a fresh install this app doesn't work at all. Absolute Trash!!!

Great platform for seamless video sharing. Sometimes I just don't feel like talking on the phone. With Glide, I can honor my introvert while still staying connected to family and friends. No connection issues. I also enjoy the messaging feature as well.

I give 2 stars because after years of using, you decide to make us pay now for the memories we've created through videos.... I use to recommend and even recruit others to use this app but now I don't for that reason. Other than that, the video quality has almost always been great. It's just disheartening I've lost some great memories.

I've only been using Glide for a few weeks but I super dig it. You get the benefit of actually seeing the other person without constantly being connected. If you're recording and you need to do something quickly you can without explaining hey I have to do XYZ. So far I'm definitely a fan.

After using Glide for over 4yrs it's a really good app. But there is still no way to use the mic on any Bluetooth or headphones set. This is a major down side because audio clear so much better for the other person on the other side of the app.

😒👎glide is still preventing the multimedia from receiving it in the normal text message, also still can't send multimedia from my galaxy s7 edge phone because in the setting of glide menu's won't let me accept it both way incoming & out going. I'm thinking of uninstalling the glide app, helpfully will be back to normal without glides menu setting in it.

Ok glide acting up, not the same anymore it sucks..my video wont play all the way out when my friends get it..it stops half way, smh waist of time recording for 5 minutes.. have to keep uninstalling it then install it for it to work for a lil bit, then repeat the process again when it starts acting up. Glide tall need some better update. I use to love it even gave 4 star n a good review but had to change all that today.

It lags alot. It never really pins someone's location so that you can chat with someone local if opt to. It has alot of hit or miss things that all add up. Once it works out it's kinks I most definitely think it's a hit.
