Now there's a new option to "tip" the go fund me people. This is ridiculous. They automatically check the box and you have to uncheck it yourself. I requested a refund for it and haven't heard anything back. This is a scam.

Keeps crashing on various versions and keeps signing me out even though I've set it not to. App functionality has actually got worse over time. Whoever is developing this isn't keeping on top of it.

Horrible timing with these issues. The app keeps telling me it needs an update. But there is no update available. So I went to the website and it is so slow at registering what I'm typing that it crashed the page. But any other website works fine.

I can't access my account because of a pop-up message saying that there's a new version that must be installed. Annoying, I tried updating g from the App Store, and there's no newer version. Uninstalled the app and downloaded itbut nothing works frustrating in the middle of an emergency

Can't get past the verification to use the app after logging in. Sends verification number to my phone, and when entered unto the app, it says the code is not valid - EVERY SINGLE TIME?? Before asked, YES - I am entering the verification code, not tge number the message is sent from (although i have tried both after CONSTANT refusal to accept what's sent). Tried at least 20 times, same result. Uninstalled as the app is completely useless...

Constantly disconnects / logs out, uploads photos in wrong orientation, says email / password is invalid, needs update despite being on the latest version, random error codes and the list goes on. I am so annoyed by this because the website itself is more stable than this hunk of trash app!!!

The app forced me to update...which didn't work by going to Google Play and looking for an updated version (per the GoFundMe instructions). The only option I received was to uninstall, which I did and reinstall. Following the reinstall when I tried to open the app it popped up with an error message indicating I need to install the latest version. 😡😡 Please fix this.

I just created a campaign and received donations, but now I'm unable to get into my account to manage the fundraiser I just created. This is frustrating, I didn't expect this the first time using this app/website. Now, I'm playing the waiting game to see if I will ever get access to my campaign again.😤

Since the update I can no longer do anyting on my GoFundMe campaign page, I can't update my story. It's as if it's no longer my page, I can't see comments dashboard nothing..

If I could only give not one ⭐ review I would you go through this hold process with tears in your eyes to get some type of help for your family in need only to hit nothing but rd blockes with verifying with a phone number it even tells you over and over wrong code so resend it and send you the same code even u double even triple check that you out it in correctly and be dang if dont tell its still wrong yet they want send email them your issue and they never get back to you so u just give up

Update: I have been using this app for over a year and for the most part it did what I needed it to do despite the odd glitch. For the last month, I can't log into the app at all. I enter my details and nothing, not even an error notification, just the original log in screen. Please fix this! 2022:The app was working great but with the most recent update I cannot Thank donors because everytime I try the app logs me out and this occurs no matter how often I try. Hopefully this can be fixed asap

Used to be ok... not since the last update. Now I can't find the withdrawal screen in the app anymore, and instead of logging me directly into my fundraiser page... it puts me into searching for others. Idk what the deal is, but please fix it.

I can't edit my goal from the app now. The last update was great, now this new one has ruined everything. I need to edit my goal and I can't.

10/4/23 update removed the ability to withdraw or transfer funds or even see/change/update your banking info or deposit times. Only thing it's good for now is responding to donations and posting updates. IMHO this is a terrible update and the app went from 4.5 stars to 2.

What's the point of an app I have to manually enter the password into every time I open it? An app that blocks auto entry? I might as well continue using Firefox mobile and have my email and password entered automatically. Edit; GFM are very quick to skim your funds, but their app is a joke and their help centre clearly doesn't exist. Do not use these scammers. Seriously, there are plenty of good fundraising companies out there who care about what they are doing and provide genuine support.

Dec2022: WHY do you keep logging out or rather forcing me to kill the app because it's forgotten that I'm logged in so the only way to RE-login is to poof it then reopen it & sign in all over again! (thank goodness I have the thumbprint on or it'd be a heck of a hassle to type every single time!) Aug2023: STILL LOGGING OUT *CONSTANTLY* x_x "Unable to connect to GoFundMe, try again later." FIX THIS!!

Won't ever use this again. Didn't realize the total of fees that are charged. I needed help with surgeries on both my arms and when I thought I had been donated enough by everyone. I was way short and now can only afford one of 2 surgeries I desperately need.
