It's okay but it's the little counterintuitive things that add up to make the experience painful. I need to be able to quickly translate from korean to english. It's ALWAYS korean to english. So when I'm trying to do this quickly in a real life situation and the app slows down trying to always "detect language" & it can't even quickly identify its own creator's language, korean (TYPED!), fast enough so I have to always manually select korean to speed it up, I just end up using Google Translate.

A must have mobile dictionary for anyone intersted in Korean. It works best for Korean-English, obviously, but it's trustworthy with Japanese as well. It's the best tool for studying Korean as it can easily translate text from pictures, eg book pages, and it also offers the dictionary function for individual words, with the kanji, and examples (recent update). The speech to text is still a bit awkward for me (but maybe it's just my bad pronunciation😅). I wholeheartedly recommend it!

I can't even sign in!!!! I have alll the information in! And when I press sign in it just doesn't seem to work! It just sits like that! Such a bad work. It's not my phone that's the problem! I try to translate without an account and when I just try it out with a basic "hello" I Korean it translates it as "헬"

Amazing app, I have nothing bad to review, it does a good job translating Korean to English in an accurate way than other translators, maybe if you add a way to translate images instantly with the URL or with the bubble function it would wonderful

Im so glad that Google decided to ruin their translator for mobile users. This translator is much better, it does not flood your screen with unrelated "results" hoping 1 of them might be correct... or demand your full attention while guessing how to view the translation without clicking an ad, leaving the page, or starting over. Google has no working products remaining, they cant even sell ads any more since they do not filter X-rated content.

Honestly a great app!! I have been learning Korean for the past couple of months, and it is such a great tool and an accurate translator! Full five stars, would definitely recommend to someone else!!

Doesn't let me switch languages. Stuck on translating from Japanese to korean. Wont switch to English no matter what.

It translates from English to Japanese very good! Highly recommended. AND it has offline Language packs!

Huge problem with the study camera. It only translates to and from Korean, no matter what languages I select. I'm trying to snap a shot of a Japanese page to translate to English, but it will only go either English and Korean, or Japanese and Korean. Did you guys even bother testing the study camera before releasing it?

Won't let me change the language korean. I can change the 2nd language but not the first one which is korean.

This app took is through south 4 months in Korea, Japan and South east Asia translating all menus and signs and communicating with locals via the speech synthesis. I honestly don't know how we could have done all we did it without it. 100% awesome.

It's really good ai translator for those who don't understand Korean, at the same time, can learn korean words and know how to use it. But hopefully, you can make Malay Language available. Really appreciate it. Cause sometimes I can't understand Indonesian/ English Language, and need to use google translate Indonesian/ English to Malay.

Edit: can you let us choose multiple images to be translated in one go? And we can read it by sliding the screen. Its too much to import image one by one. Latest update the translated text is too small, cant read, and it blurred more compared to previous. For japanese, can you make it written horizontally like in english?

it is great, almost. only with somw of. grammatical error, wrong nouns usage, unable to read heavy compressed(small words)..etc. but other than the bad sides, it great in all over aspect as i can understand the whole sentence and story context. good job. recommended for anyone looking for good, free translation.

It works fairly well. A small percentage of translations are confusing, especially when using the microphone with a Korean speaker. Need ability to format a typed message (in English, to convey multiple ideas at once, before Korean reader jumps to conclusions) Also need ability to "passthrough" from English to Korean or vice versa: some bus stop names came through as "the maintenance intersection" (500m North of Jagalgi station) rather than the English spelling of the Korean pronunciation.
