I like the different games "check in" function but it uses too much redundant data because of the force recommend posts. I love that I can check current resin/energy.

Can you please fix this app? At some times the map and widget is working perfectly fine and most times the app is broken. When i tried using the enable window on teyvat interactive map, it doesnt load and my widget also doesnt show. Please fix it thank you

Its a good app for community to connect. However, I am experiencing issues on using its features such as interactive map, check in and Ii cant enter the events. My internet is also not the issue. I hope you can fix these! Overall a decent app

I'm having issues with the new update. I can no longer login for HSR on the app and it's a bit upsetting. Please fix this. Make it like Genshin login or something, but make the login accessable again for the games. I can't even access it on Genshin, but they implemented the auto login, so I can at least login that way.

Battle Chronicle for Genshin Impact does not load. It just shows a black empty screen. I tried everything from clearing cache, clearing app data, relogging in, and even reinstalling HoyoLab itself to no avail. The battle chronicle still gives me a blank black screen.

Incredible platform. Perfect execution in the general sense of how a social media platform should actually be, a kid friendly, exciting, realistic (as realistic as anime gets), and user-friendly. I definitely would use this app for my HoYoVerse games. Including all the events for each individual game, even older ones, is bountiful and fair to everyone. I think that HoYoVerse did incredible on this app. And all HoYoVerse players should have it. Whether or not they use social media. 10/10

Can't login!?! I'm trying to login using my FB account and it takes me to the browse. I click 'continue' but nothing happens it keeps getting frozen on the log in screen. I have the latest version. Can't even participate in the web events. 😒

Overall it's a nice app and somewhat easy to use, but there's WAY too much AI "art" being posted and promoted on this app. I know hoyo is supposedly against art theft but they haven't done anything about it, and the amount of times it's promoted instead of real art is getting frustrating.

The app doesn't remember the settings, I have to choose dark mode every time. The app is not fully compatible with multi-tasking mode, It requests the user to put the phone in portrait mode, but it actually requires to be in full screen mode to operate. New version is bugged.

I accidentally loged out of my account and when I tried to log back in I typed my password and it didn't work so I had to change it and when I did that password didn't work either. But aside from that the app it self is pretty good. I like the interactive map and the daily check in feature. And the events are really fun

App gets better. The widget is bad. The character widget is good but the sizing and space it occupies is weird. I have xingqiu widget long ago. I reached 50+ days on accompany of it and added a chongyun widget today, it suddenly takes 1 space up and down more ?? The layout is basically the same tho. I cant fit them in 1 page because of this.

Only got this app because star rail check in is not embed in the game. Recently the update gave us widgets for star rail and the widget DO NOT WORK AT ALL. I have strong wifi, 4 bars, and the widget wouldn't connect at all. And when it loads, it stay stuck on the loading screen FOREVER! Please fix it

Secretly logs me out when I leave the app to go to Twitter or something outside of the web events to get stamina for the genshin web events even though it clearly shows my uid and username in the corner so i have to close the app entirely and reopen, and refuses to recognize my star rail account entirely now, used to work fine before whatever update just happened, so I can't do daily log ins and can't look battle records. Disappointing to say the least.

Terrible! Why the FORCED perspective on ALL the features? The map works fine on my phone. However, it is a forced perspective to portrait mode. The floating map is the only way to get the map into a landscape perspective and does well if I only have my phone. I like having the map pulled up on my tablet. Unfortunately, the floating map on the tablet does not work. One star for good functionality on mobile phones. There is no response from devs either when giving feedback through the app itself.

Honestly its really really awful. When I have switch on the check mark to notify me for Genshin (daily check in). It never once even notify nor even an icon, when i had already on all notification options in my phone. Truly unless, the part that is worthwhile are fanarts that i can view by others, or the newly updated events. The End.

I love the app, we could share lots of things like the characters/artifacts/weapons we got, we could also share funny memes that are related to a certain game, special events in the app that can help us get some useful materials. But I've only got one suggestion, I was hoping that you could put a pity checker for some certain games so we'd be able to review them more, especially the deleted ones because of how long we last pulled/wished for an item or a character. It's overall a great app.

Its really nice that we can keep in touch with all of the most recent events in this app. And I really love the widgets as well. And the interactive map is what I liked the most. It woeks well on my device but not to some other. In summary this app have everything you need and everything was so organized. But not gonna lie. The community is rather trash. I somehow both thankful and regreted opening the app sometimes (⁠⌐⁠■⁠-⁠■⁠)... (But one can just ignore them if one qishes to enjoy the game)

This app is great for all of Hoyoverse’s games! Has a very handy, interactive map (that’s easy to navigate/use!), the creators on Hoyolab are also very helpful, because you can view a specific character, to build, farm materials for, etc.! There's many useful things to get from this app!! And also the check-in feature is very good, because you can get x20 primogems from the check-in, plus other rewards! If you play any of the Hoyoverse games, this app is definitely worth getting!
