Dreadful, can barely get it to load up and once you've succeeded (after uninstalling) it crashes as there seems to be many moving images and other big stuff to load. Needs a total rethink

My first review on an app. Felt the need to write something about this entirely pointless app. Whoever looks after the content is either lazy or non existent. Most of the sale categories have no items available. Come on guys.. get it together, you're a massive multi national company.

Got kicked out off the app twice. Basket emptied magically. Loading takes ages. Good products but if you need to spend an hour on what should be a quick shop it becomes ridiculous. You should really really improve the user experience. Unless you don't want the money..

Worst app ever, in the shopping cart doesnt show which product ist out of stock and doesnt let to proceed the shopping. Or in search also all stuff is available to buy but in a shopping chart shows out of stock. You need to work on your app!

2 starts would be 5 stars by improving performance of loading time of images. App experience feels like it would be great if it didn't take so long to load images. Until that is fixed the app sucks

The recent update has made the app to work so slow. Doesn't let me click on a product and aopgets frozen every few minutes and requires a restart. Earlier version used to work just fine 😐

This app is time consuming I found it difficult to add some the products to bag because the product don't show when u click on them or not available without saying the item is not available instead it say something about the network. And i found most of the items are not even available so why show them

Very bad experience upon shopping. Each time I order an item get cancelled in the date of delivery after 5 days though the amount was blocked in my credit card. Sometimes the account is blocked and can't track my purchases.

Better than its website but still, payment process is very bad. Added my credit card without asking me and took fee for it. UX is horrible. No summary screen or anything. I wonder how many customer changed her mind and left payment screen because of its difficulty.

It's horrible. Never buy online anymore. I live in Italy, bought some stuffs online when I want to return back one of my purchase, I must send it to Spain with my own expense, and the cost to send it by post is 3x more cost than my purchase. No more. Very disappointed. Not recommended.

Glitchy app freezes if an item in the cart is sold out before you complete the purchase. You can't either finish it or delete the item from cart. Customer service is non-responsive: I bought 3 toddler duvet covers and none are the claimed size, the blankets from Zara home don't fit in them. Waste of hundreds of dollars. They rob you of your kids' joy, because the bedding is annoyingly messed up. Totally unworthy these days.

Return will cost 50 nis (15$) if the return is from different deliveries you'll need to pay twice, the shipping cost doesn't include packaging and you can't return an item if it cost more than 199 nis (61$) that is the minimum cost of most of their furniture. Bad service. Many bugs and issues. Uninstall.

The shopping experience was great. Had a bit of difficulty editing items in my basket but eventually figured it. Was presented with two taxes and no explaination of the taxes .... would help to better understand what they were for....

Such a confusing and complicated app that seems to be style over substance. What is most frustrating is that the Search function doesn't return anything related to what you type, even if you know the exact item you're looking for. Bizarre!!

There is no option to purchase online on the South African version. No information box explaining so. Just a poor experience entering with the intension of buying. A loss as I read other reviews stating similar. Especially in a time of sales, this is disappointing. Ive uninstalled
