Very poor experience. Data usage is extremely high. Shopping cart does not empty if one wants to shop a second time in one day. Also unable to place a new order. Product navigation is slow and not intuitive. Payment via iDeal not working.

Love this company and really enjoy the app. Few issues with the app such as if you search a certain product and you want to see all the ranges it's available in and you select one to read about the scent, you can't go back to the list, you have to research again. Some of the 'click here' links are not present.

App never works to allow logging in. (It always comes up with an error message). The main website doesn't seem to allow you to login either! it keeps telling you that you have an account but everytime you click to login it takes you back to the new account page & the process starts again. I've had several offers but couldn't complete any because it won't allow without login. Not good when you only have 2 weeks to use any offer emailed. Very disappointing!

I love the rituals app. I've been a long-time fan of their products, and I was pleasantly surprised at the variety this app has. Recipes, meditation, exercise, sleep tips, book recommendations; it really has a bit of everything.

The app is not good enough. Orders get stuk, discount codes cannot be entered at once, sometimes you have to close and open several times and place the order again to see the discount option. The website works just as bad. I've entered multiple times one order which in the end did not go through but it took my money when it appeared that Rituals did not receive it. A total mess that needs a lot of work! I love the products and yhe physical stores but the app and website are terrible!

Slow, awkward and unintuitive. It takes 2-5 seconds for every single action. Things are nested inside others, with no consistent method, making browsing a pain. Certian features are just downright stupid - when removing items from my basket, why must i scroll down the numbers on a wheel, instead of tapping the one I want, or selecting from a normal drop-down menu?

Very difficult to imput address correctly, failed to add rituals card number at all. Looking for a pin number but I joined in the shop and they just use it everytime

You're not able to use a discount voucher in the app. Which means that I have to order trough the app and the website. Not user friendly. Over the years it seems like Rituals is getting worse. I dont enjoy it as much as before

Location problems. The app itself is very good and it helps to check the products, however, the same problem as other customers have mentioned - location! Location should be set either by the customer or at least we should have an option to change through the app and not on our phone settings. It is complicating the process. Looking forward for the update.
