Ga4 is terrible. I can't track anything and customer service is non-existent

It's useful but new update resets filters frequently. You have to select stream everytime you open dashboards.

My dashboards are gone, I can't compare graphs from one period to another, and I don't have hour by hour option. What was so wrong with the previous version of the app? I love the "trend" functionality, but I miss the other features more. Edit: Are you guys going to fix any of these issues?

Really good app if you need to be on top of your website performance, but no everything available on Analytics is available here. It doesn't have the best UX for mobile screens. Another option that should be nice to have is the possibility of anchoring a dashboard on the homescreen so you don't need to open the app everytime.

It is a good information app. The only problem is the rendering issue on the Galaxy S10 Plus. The rendering lines tend to overlap each other makes it difficult to read the options you have on your main face page. It seems to be a simple bug that can be fixed.

Every time when opened needs to be refreshed. Data shown is from other dates instead of selected... Edit***** Still does not work like previous version. Interface is easy to navigate, makes sense. Data is not refreshed when date changed, you have to scroll down to refresh even when some change is made to date.

Not G4 compliant. After Google updated to a new generation of Analytics, this older version stopped working and should be pulled from the App Store.

GA4 is totally useless and very difficult to understand basic information. I think i should move to other tools.

why no automatic conversion for thousands of pages to GA4? I can not change them one by one, it'd cost me weeks. This is a big mess. And also the GA4 ist very limited, not showing traffic on specific pages 😡

Ga4 very limited. Real time is not working. Seen viewy per by country all values are 0. I will move to another platform.

Stupid & frustrating! Where are my custom reports? Where is the Library? This app is useless, and only slightly more stupid than the desktop Analytics. Total mess.

Didn't expect this from google. A hell lot of buggy interface. Analytics cards keep changing (they give the reason - Based on your preferences - No, I didn't want these ones). Also after a few times usage, I can't just use the app as it will stay stuck forever on Splash Screen. Had to re-install 3-4 times, but still it's the same issue. Worst app from google.

The updated version is horrible. Both UI and UX are so poor that I had to revert back to the old app. But, some sections aren't working on the old app. Totally screwed. Update (as of March 17 2021): The app has become even worse now. Some sections say data dimension not found. I wrote a mail to the email you provided only to get no response even after 10 days. Today, the app is asking me to sign in as the session was expired. I have been trying to login since the last 3 hours. Disappointed

It tracks visitors and page views, tells you where the traffic is originating and when. That's all I and 95% of other users need it to do. The interface of GA has become over the years laughably complex, as if someone was intentionally trying to make you feel stupid. I've been in airplane cockpits that have less buttons, levers, and confusing labels, and I'm not trying to land on an aircraft carrier, I just want some key statistics on my website. Make a mode for dummies please.

The update ruined the app. Within real time, sometimes it shows live active users, sometimes it shows the total for the past 30 mins and sometimes it says its showing for past 30 mins but is actually live. Also changes its mind with how it displays data. Sometimes bar graphs, other times text. The events do not work, it will no longer show any event downstream from view content.

Could be great, but the most useful panel, the real-time "Users right now" count is unreliable. Frequently the count goes up-and-up reaching crazy high numbers then crashes down. It doesn't represent the real number of users on the site. The bug is not particular to the mobile app. The Analytics web app is the same. Problem exists for months and many other users have complained on the Google support forum.

Horribly buggy. On a GA4 property, if you try to customize a default report, it doesn't work. Your chosen item doesn't show up in the report. Then if you try and save that report to your dashboard, the card can't be moved up or down and can't be deleted. It just says "card action failed".
