Since it changed and now offers associated with Tapjoy its trash. When you have a decent point reward, then it conveniently experiences an issue, and you get an automated message, and they never get back to you. It's scammy now, and I'm not counting on getting my credit for completion of levels. Reward Play is better, it just doesn't have a paypal option. I've waited days and get no response, and doubt I will. Sorry, not deleting my comment no matter what you email me! Look at all the 1 stars!

This app use to be great. But lately it's been glitchy. For a month and a half the points are not resetting. I've emailed customer support numerous times. They tell me to check FAQ, it doesn't say anything about what I need. Techs, please fix the problem cuz it's getting frustrating and I'm about to uninstall. Edit: no response from support at all. SMH.

When I first started using this app the payouts were not great but they were decent. Lately, the conversion rate has drastically changed. I received o.04 cent for over 1 million loyalty coins. This is ridiculous. My points would disappear and then reappear after I moved customer service. It would also go a day or two without updating the payout amount. I don't know what to do with it right now. Keep it or delete it.

The first time you play, you get to the goal pretty quickly but not really worth it,I played for 3 hours just to get $0.99. I keep playing and its harder to get to the goal, it says theres no limit to withdraw which there is, I want to withdraw using paypal and I have to have $2 to withdraw, I have been playing for 6 hours and I am only at $1.94 honestly this game is not worth it. And the ads oh my gosh how annoying you can't even enjoy the game because every second theres an ad. Do better!!!

Great app. You do make money. I've cashed out several times. However the ads recently have gotten ridiculous. Please consider saving the ads until the end of the game or have them at the beginning or both. Solitaire is my favorite game but getting interrupted with ads 2 to 3 times per game is a bit much.

At first your app is great. I've earned every coins and got paid instantly. Now before I'm able to get enough coins to make it worth cashing out, I lose everything! Not cool and feeling frustrated, I'm about to uninstall the app. What I've worked hard for, I should be able to cash out whenever I want. It sucks that I lose it all once I get up to 2 mil coins.

This app was wonderful!!! I used it in the past on my old phone with very few issues. However over the last month or so I have played 4 different games and have completed multiple task in them but only received credit for 1. In one game I completed 3 task and have received nothing at all. I've tried to report the games but nothing. I've tried customer support with no help. It's becoming a waste of time

Does as advertised, but....there are a lot of ads. Diligent active play will net about 99 cents to 2 dollars every couple of hours. Some of the games are fun but the amount of ads is definitely annoying. It isn't a scam. So I'll give it 3 stars. It's chump change but does pay out successfully so it's automatically better than a lot of other trash on the play store.

I was having fun playing games. I decided to finally cash out and it does not work. It asked for a facial verification and I keep getting an error message. I've contacted the email and an automated response from "Claire" keeps messaging me back the same response. I already cleaned camera, tried different lightings, no glares, no expressions, and nothing. UPDATE: they fixed the facial recognition problem. I was able to withdraw money. Still wish it was a bit easier to get coins. But good app

You can cash out on this app but you don't get much at all and the ads while playing the games are so CONSISTENT and ANNOYING. I play for a little,AD. My screen timeout and I come back,AD. I complete or fail a level,AD. Most offers are high demanding and I lose motivation to play anymore. It becomes almost impossible to try reach the loyalty goal unless your a fan of ads.

so the app does pay out, surprisingly, but since the last update it's impossible to close the ads so you have to get completely out of whichever game you're playing and restart the entire app. this is because a grey bar with the name of the game conveniently covers up the part of the screen where the X to close the ad is. it's really inconvenient to have to load the app back in in the middle of a level and lose progress. please get rid of the grey bar!

The games in the regular section do pay out points, which are converted to cash value every three hours as advertised. But it's a miniscule amount. The real points payouts are for the special offers, and many do pay out as advertised. However, if one of the "partners" doesn't pay up, all you get for reporting it is a form email which basically reads "screw you." I've had several that don't pay out, and the response emails are useless. If support experience improves, I'll update this review.

I've used this app for a while now and really enjoyed playing. The pay outs were quick and easy. I've never done the challenges before so I decidedto complete one after receiving a message from JustPlay about how the reward would be so I began the challenge. I completed all task in 11 days. When I cared out I received a message that the challenge was blocked because my time had expired. After many emails I still have not heard from them. Never received my reward.

In the last 6 weeks the Free Play platform changed. It was a great app. I could play 3-4 rounds on a few different games and meet the Loyalty Coins needed to make money. I believe the previous goal of coins was far less than the 330,000. Or, I was getting more coins per games. Now my solitaire games barely register and I've yet to find a game that really makes progress. The real points like in links to download "special offers" of games that pay out after you reach a certain level. No thanks.

At first I didn't like this app very much because it seemed like it was taking too long to build up any money as I quickly grew tired of the very limited, boring and pretty lame app selection.. but I was in a pinch and decided to try it out for a second time and I've learned that the trick of making the easiest and most money with the app isn't the games that they provide you to download but with the offers they have listed instead. It's definitely where the easiest and most profit is at.

Edited: Rewards are barely paying out. When I contacted support, they told me I took too long even though it wasn't a timed one. It's been very disappointing as of lately. Original: Good app, pays decent. My biggest complaint is that sometimes I don't get paid for completing goals. I also have a hard time with the app not registering that I installed an app that has offers.

I would not recommend this app. I gave it a fair shot for over 6 months. The majority of the offers require you to make purchase to even come close to completing the task. I fully completed the task on the monopoly go offer and wrote them more than 9 emails and it took them 30 days to finally help with the issue. Since the new update offers don't correctly update progress or don't even work properly. Save your time and effort and don't bother installing.

The app does pay, but it the amount is inconsistent. If you meet the minimum points, you get anywhere from .10 to 1.00. I had almost 1 million points, which was 4 times the goal and still only got .17 cents. The special offers earn more points, but half the time, they do not pay and don't bother contacting support because you will never hear from them. I am uninstalling because it is a waste of time and waste of space on my phone.
