Keeps rejecting my card details in the app, e en though details are correct, so always need to book on website.

after updating the app, I am unable to log in despite providing the correct password and email address. It has been 2 weeks already, please fix the bug. I have been reinstalling for a few times. How am I supposed to use the membership card if I cannot even log in the app? The website version doesn't show a membership code admissible by Accor hotels. Just a sham to buy the membership and not being able to use at all!

0/5 it's useless after recent update you can't log in, always takes you back to the log in screen. Even uninstalled and reinstalled, didn't help. App useless have to use webpage.

Accor apps are the most frustrating apps that ever existed, and rather than creating stress-free interactions, in fact, do the opposite. When they work, they can work somewhat efficiently but they are plagued with timeouts, incomplete field error data messages, technical issue error messages, that make it impossible to navigate. this is across multiple devices and browsers so is not device related. Given the size of the business, you should have the simplest, error free interface available. there are plenty of those out there to learn from.

Good app - which allows you to book very good hotels. Only problem is cancellation is not easy - sometimes it won't show cancellation button against a flexible booking. I lost some money for my last booking just because of that. 😫

The app does not save the information for the invoice despite toggling the relevant button. Can Accor either fix this glitch or remove the saving button that doesn't work?

This app consistently says it cannot connect due to network connection. Literally every app and webpage apart from app work fine. Tried on many different networks now and have not successfully been able to search and book when once through the app, I have to go to website.

Recently has started to do the ..."this rarely happens...." Crash report and asks to restart. I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling, clearing cache etc. Nothing works. Hey guys come on it doesn't inspire confidence in your operation if you can't at least have a stable app!!! Seems resolved now

I was really tired of some booking apps,when I used to book rooms it was cancelling unknowingly and it was very embarrassing. Stanza is a very useful app this is very easy to use. I loved this app
