Description of Intune Company Portal

The Company Portal provides access to corporate apps and resources from almost any network. Your company must already subscribe to Microsoft Intune, and your IT admin must set up your account before you can use this app.

How to uninstall Company Portal:

I don't know why after every month the app disables itself and due to this all the company apps get uninstalled and I have to go through the complete process over and over again... This is the 4th time I am going through the same process now... Kindly fix this glitch asap...

This app has blocked most apps and their functions that I require to do my job. What's more frustrating is that I have had to install the app on my personal phone and I am finding many functions that I use personally on my phone are now blocked. I don't do social media on my phone either, which was the reason I was asked to install this rubbish! I give it 1 star because there isn't a zero option!

Did not work on my Sony device on a brand new user account where I was able to install Microsoft Authenticator and connect it to my employers org. Gave no useful error info. IT guy said reinstall android. 0 stars. Microsoft Authenticator costing employees money and privacy is one thing, this overly reassuring messaging about not being a creep before failing to configure on an up to date device on a brand new user account is a bit of a joke. Can't sign into in MS services. No useful error.

This has messed up my phone completely! the FAQ section is useless. Now can't access my emails and my contacts are messed up. My phone rings and I can't see the caller just a number. Terrible experience with this software.

OMG. Like I have time to go through and read your 50 page intro, reinstall all the apps I already had installed and learn how to use your overly complex app. Way to introduce a massive amount of friction when all I want is for my tools to be more efficient. Just an overall terrible implementation. Way to go.

Very bad experience. After I have installed the app it has removed my Turkish and Bulgarian keyboard layouts and installed English keyboard layout! It is like a malware! And it is not possible to add those languages back even if you remove this app.

After encountering a five-day struggle, I have successfully registered my device. however, I am currently facing an issue where my application list appears to be empty. Despite having to restart my device more than three times a day, the problem persists and the device is still not functioning properly.

Extremely buggy. Using this for the last 2 years and regularly have issues with it or other MS apps trying to connect such as Teams and Outlook. Usually when it looks like not being able to connect for a while, I get impatient. I restart the app and it connects, which makes you wonder what was the issue in the first place? Today, I had to completely reinstall this app as it was broken causing Outlook and Teams to show as a blank page. Clearing the apps data and signing in wasn't enough! Fix!!

I have this app fully installed and registered with my email account on outlook. But when I try to open outlook, it tells me to get this app. When I click get the app, it brings me back here, showing me the app is already installed, so I should open it. When I click open from here (play store), it doesn't respond. But remember on my phone it's already open, fully registered and synchronized. What might be the proble.

A window appears every half hour or so saying just "Company Portal" , interrupting anything you are doing (videos, recordings,...) and then disappears. Can't even uninstall it. I press Deactivate and it says "To uninstall you have to deactivate". Thanks, that's what I am trying to do.

Didn't work, my work it changed our security and this app was needed to access work email. Surprisingly they picked an app with a 2.7 rating. I was not really shocked that it was not easy or even work for what I needed

Bad experience. It turns my phone very slow. My personal phone seemd to be completely driven by company. Even after disabling workprofile, there is a permanent notification that the company can watch my internet data. This cant be useable in personal phones

Disaster! How on earth could they release this monstrosity?! It locked me in a loop of authentications and cannot use my phone for work, basically. And of course cannot be uninstalled - and if you uninstall the "personal" version, it won't let you set up the work version because it's set up in the system already. Except it doesn't work. Wonderful

Horrible. Not sure if someone had some thoughts when designing the app. Difficult and unintuitive to setup and when using it, it only gets worse. No way to see your company and private appointments together. Either or. While I understand that some people want it that way, there's also a case to want to see them together. Let people choose... On iPhone Microsoft made it possible. Why not on Android?

Seems to be stuck, non-functional. I had it on my old phone, but it won't install on the new one. Tried removing it from my old phone, but now it just says uninstalling on this one. Don't know if it's a Play store or Microsoft issue, but need this for work!

Waaaay oversteps. I installed this on my company's IT recommendation, and the permissions are insane. It locked me out of my own display controls: I no longer have the ability to keep my screen on untouched for longer than 1 minute. This is too invasive. I'd rather have no contact through my phone than deal with this.

Frequently have issues even starting the app. It doesn't sync often(at all?) And even as someone who works in the I.T. industry and expects a certain amount of slapdash design when it comes to mobile apps, Company Portal leaves a lot to be desired in terms of user experience. InTune is great, Company Portal is awful. Seek other options.

Same as everyone else. Samsung phone. Sends me through an endless cycle. This is NOT the employer's issue, this is a Microsoft issue. My employer sets the parameters of the password, which I followed. The issue is that the software is not picking up the changes. My device is prompting me for the passwords now, but the software still says out of compliance. Phone and app are fully updated.
